Computism offers nationwide shipping across Pakistan. For Lahore and selected surrounding areas, we provide a fixed shipping rate, while shipping charges for other cities are calculated based on the order’s weight. Customers can conveniently pay for their orders at their doorstep using Cash on Delivery (COD). In compliance with the latest Government of Pakistan regulations, a flat 2% Withholding Tax and 2% Sales Tax are applied to all COD orders, resulting in a total 4% tax deduction on the COD amount, regardless of product type. To avoid extra taxes, we highly recommend choosing pre-paid payment options such as card payments or online bank transfers. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

At Computism, we aim to be transparent and fair with our return and exchange policies. Used or slightly used products are covered under a replacement warranty ranging from 7 days up to 5 months, depending on the product condition and category. New products may be eligible for return only under the manufacturer’s warranty terms, where applicable. Delivery charges for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims may be borne by Computism or the customer based on the nature of the case. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable after-sales experience while maintaining fairness for both parties.
