Delivery Coverage:
- Nationwide delivery across Pakistan
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
- Same city: 1–3 working days
- Other cities: 3–7 working days
Delivery Methods:
- Third-party couriers: Leopards, TCS, M&P, TRAX (primarily for out-of-city deliveries)
- In-house delivery partners (Lahore only): InDrive, Yango, Bikea
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Weather
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- Force majeure events
- Computism is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
8. Risk of Loss & Inspection
- Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
- Customers are advised to inspect packages at the time of delivery.
- Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported promptly as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
- Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled strictly according to:
- Product-specific return window
- Warranty type (replacement / return / manufacturer / store)

Approximately 95% of products are replacement-warrantied only.
- The exact return/replacement eligibility, warranty type (local or manufacturer), and time window (ranging from 7 days up to 10 months) are clearly mentioned on each product page and take precedence.
Return shipping costs:
- Paid by Computism only if the issue is due to our error
- Otherwise borne by the customer
